It’s another great Supercat jam night at the world famous Imago sky bar. Over the last couple of months I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying the music and evolution of a band called Red Tyde. Their music is like fresh produce, yes the kind that you might find at a hip bohemian market on the streets of Berkley California. Why music and fresh produce you ask? Well because their music is fresh, very creative, with just enough edge, to keep you one your toes and catchy melody hooks that will keep you humming along! To quote the movie - That Thing You do, I would say that their music is “Snappy”!
Your tunes are so catchy, I love “The Grass in the Back is Dead”, such a kick ass title! What inspires your song writing?
Thank you, you’re so kind. It talks about how all we have is now, really. The memory of how what was is still lingering, and what has yet to come takes effect everyday. Now when were talking about inspiration; It really is an explainable situation. I would say every waking moment is where the inspiration lies we just have to pay attention to what really matters.
